Partly - it's recorded, but only PRO lets you read it back. Sync saves each risk scenario it changes, so the audit log gets old --> new current proba, impact and level (residual too if you reset it), plus the controls added to existing. In PRO that's the Audit trail (clock) button on the risk scenario page, or Extra --> Audit log. Community stil logs it but has no screen or API for it - the button is a stub. Entries are purged after 90 days by default (sooner on a busy instance). For a snapshot in community, export the assessment to CSV/ XLSX before syncing - it has each scenario's controls and risk levels, and doesnt touch analytics. Checked on v4.0.7 (sync, what's logged). |

Once a risk assessment has been synced to actions, and its associated risk scenarios have been updated accordingly, is there a detailed history of its previous state(s) somewhere ? More than the assessment's analytics, e.g. level changes, controls switch from extra to existing, etc.
One workaround might be to duplicate the assessment before syncing to actions, but then the risk scenarios duplication that follows would alter the analytics (both the assessment's and the global ones). Which is not ideal.
