Currently the primary engineer on aicloudinsights.ai — a live multi-tenant SaaS platform where enterprises query their entire AWS infrastructure through natural language, powered by Amazon Bedrock (Claude). Coordinating a 3-person team at GPUonCLOUD, owning all architectural decisions and delivery end-to-end.

Previously built a Kubernetes-native infrastructure automation engine (Crossplane + Upbound + Bedrock) that provisioned real AWS resources from plain-English commands — project was sunset due to company funding reallocation.

• Primary engineer on aicloudinsights.ai — planned, designed, and shipped every feature from scratch. Coordinates a 3-person team via GitHub Projects, PR reviews, and all architectural decision-making.
• Built a Bedrock-powered (Claude) conversational interface for natural-language Q&A across multiple connected AWS accounts — costs, resource usage, and security posture in real time. No dashboard navigation required.
• Designed secure multi-tenant architecture with cross-account IAM role assumption via STS; strict per-tenant data isolation across 8+ AWS services per account.
• Developed a parallel cost optimisation engine analysing 8 AWS services simultaneously using CloudWatch metrics and the Pricing API; findings ranked by dollar impact.
• Implemented JWT + RBAC authentication using MongoDB and AWS Cognito with per-user, per-account resource visibility across the multi-tenant deployment.
• CI/CD via CodePipeline + CodeBuild; production monitoring via CloudWatch dashboards.
