Harness 0.2.1-rc.5 currently rejects the three BeatAPI bundles because their manifests list only two exact host versions. Version 0.1.1 removes the Harness version restriction and unrestricted optional DSH peers allow future RC and stable hosts to install. Documentation distinguishes this installation policy from tested compatibility.
Validation: 34 offline tests and repository verification passed with the embedded Skill compared against its recorded source commit. All three packed bundles installed and registered 33 tools and 3 Skills on isolated Harness 0.1.0-rc.6, 0.2.1-rc.2 and 0.2.1-rc.5 hosts; offline report execution passed. No paid operations were executed. Add rc.5 to the CI host matrix with its recorded runtime composition.
