  • Infrastructure
    • OpenStreetMap: all roads, downloaded from GeoFrabrik.
    • GTFS: Public transport time schedules. Downloaded from OVapi, for various dates.
    • TomTom congestion data: obtained from PBL, for various months and years.
    • Fietstelweek: measured bike speeds per link for 2015, 2016 and 2017. Downloaded from Cycling Intelligence and geographically linked to the OSM network; only links with measured trips are used (see Private transport).
    • Fietsersbond route network (links and nodes with bicycle access per direction, road type, surface and gradients), delivered by PBL on 25 May 2025: the cycling network of the model when CyclingNetwork is 'Fietsersbond' (see Walking and cycling legs, #124).
    • NS timetable in IFF format (ns-latest.zip, stations.dat with the transfer time per station): from the NDOV loket, delivery of 13 October 2026, used for all reference dates: the transfer time of a station is the lower bound for transfers between its platforms (see Public transport, #123).
    • NS stations: downloaded from ArcGIS hub
    • Public transport fares (see Public transport fares):
      • Detailed fare tables 2023 to 2026 (boarding fare and price per km per mode, operator, concession area and line): compiled from primary sources per year (operator fare sheets and websites, provincial and regional fare decisions), with the source per row in the table.
      • DOVA overview of km fares 2013 to 2026 per concession area, plus the national boarding fare per year: obtained from DOVA.
      • NS price per number of tariff units 2013 to 2026 (full fare, 20% and 40% discount): from the official NS fare lists and HRN price tables.
      • NS tariff unit network and stations: from the NDOV loket; the network for the fares from 2016 is adjusted to the tariff unit map of NS, without the joint tariff points (#121).
      • NS surcharge ICE / IC direct per year 2013 to 2026: compiled from NS fare lists and other public sources, with the source per year in the table (TripSurcharge/PerYear).
    • Concession areas 2020 to 2026: used to assign regional rides to a concession for pricing.
    • OV-fiets stations: obtained from PBL, one list for the reference dates up to 2024 and one for 2025 and 2026.
  • Regional units: e.g. neighbourhoods, municipality, NUTS3. Downloaded from CBS
