docs: stop calling runtime 2025.04 the latest (runtime 2026.04) - #777

Runtime 2026.04 is the current runtime (GET /v1/runtimes reports stage CURRENT; 2025.04 is STABLE). Two pages still presented 2025.04 as the latest runtime. cli/dependencies.mdx listed the 2025.04 package versions (Node.js 22+, @playwright/test 1.51.1, axios 0.28.0, lodash 4.17.21, moment 2.30.1) as the fixed dependencies of a runtime. The list now names the packages without version numbers; the exact versions per runtime are on the runtime specification page linked right below. constructs/multistep-check.mdx had the comment "Use latest runtime for best performance" next to runtimeId "2025.04". The comment is gone and the line matches the other runtimeId samples. The value stays 2025.04, which is still a valid runtime. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Drop the sentence that repeated the "such as" list and turn the spec link into the sentence after it, so the package list and the link list no longer render as one list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
