Description

This PR prepares and cuts the v0.10.0 release for Codra, introducing major improvements across container deployment runtimes, model profiling and sampling calibration, review verification accuracy, and project documentation.

1. Docker & Node.js Runtime Overhaul (v0.10.0):

   • Upgraded apps/node/Dockerfile to a multi-stage, cross-platform build (node:24-trixie-slim builder and gcr.io/distroless/nodejs24-debian13:nonroot runner).
   • Pruned runtime dependencies strictly to the Node server production graph, reducing attack surface and image size.
   • Added .dockerignore and hardened container healthchecks in both Dockerfile and docker-compose.yml.
   • Enhanced Node platform adapters and GitHub App authentication handling.

2. AI Model Profiles & Calibration:

   • Introduced a centralized model-profiles.json catalog and registry service (@codraoss/models).
   • Added provider-specific sampling profiles (temperature, top_p, token limits) across Google, OpenAI, and Vertex adapters.
   • Added model fallback and budget-breaker protection suites.
   • Implemented automated retry handling for Google AI providers (google-retry.ts).

3. Review Pipeline Precision & Finding Verification:

   • Overhauled finding verification and grounding (claim-gate.ts, grounding.ts, json-extract.ts).
   • Added model-style prompt tuning, language-specific gates, and comment-syntax parsing.
   • Improved JSON output extraction and malformed response recovery in @codraoss/core.

4. Architecture Refactoring & Modularity:

   • Decomposed large modules in @codraoss/core into dedicated single-responsibility modules (phase-file-task.ts, resolve-job.ts, comment-syntax.ts).
   • Split API dependency orchestration (model-runner-deps.ts separated from create-deps.ts).
   • Refactored dashboard views (file-row.tsx, repos-reducer.ts, settings-support.ts).

5. Documentation Migration to MDX:

   • Migrated complete documentation to MDX format covering Cloudflare, Docker, Node.js, Neon, Railway, local development, and operations.
   • Added docs SEO metadata generator (docs/docs-seo.ts) and deployment workflow (trigger-docs-deploy.yml).

6. Cloudflare & Package Updates:

   • Synchronized Cloudflare workerd types (worker-env.d.ts).
   • Bumped all monorepo packages to version 0.10.0.
