Update the CocoaPods spec and both Xcode build configurations from 5.9.0 to 5.10.0 so the merged iPhone Duo support can be published consistently. The README and dated 5.10.0 changelog are already on master.
Validation: Ruby syntax, Xcode project plist validation, and
git diff --checkpassed.pod lib lint DeviceKit.podspec --allow-warningspassed for iOS, tvOS, and watchOS. Confirmed CocoaPods trunk publishing access for DeviceKit.After this merges, publish the annotated
5.10.0tag, createRelease 5.10.0using the existing changelog section, and runpod trunk push DeviceKit.podspec --allow-warnings.
