feat(folders): batch-move domains with a preview of what they carry along - #5180
Adds a Change parent domain batch action to the domains list (enterprise only; community ships an empty stub since it has no sub-domains). CA-1823.
Batch delete of domains was removed on purpose after review: too dangerous. The single-object delete is unchanged from main.
The target picker excludes the selected domains and their descendants.
Before confirming, the modal previews what the moved domains carry along: their sub-domains and everything filed under them. Objects in domains the user can't view are counted, never named; objects of other domains that only link to them are not listed.
A warning lists selected domains whose parent is also selected: they are placed directly under the target (the hierarchy is flattened).
Confirm stays disabled until the preview has loaded (and if it fails).
Builtin rows can no longer be selected for batch actions, in every table.
Backend: POST /api/folders/batch-cascade-info/ (needs change_folder, refuses builtin domains, max 100 ids, skips domains the user can't change). It reuses _cascade_preview, factored out of cascade_info; every new behaviour sits behind carried_only, and the single-delete responses were compared byte for byte against main.
Known limitations:
The picker only knows the domains the user can view: a descendant reached through a hidden domain can still be offered; the server then rejects that move per row.
The preview also lists the user groups and role assignments filed in the moved domains (they do move along).
Library rows (with a urn) can still be ticked, then fail server-side as on main.
Test plan
Backend: test_api_cascade_info.py (incl. single delete unchanged for a non-recursive role, builtin domains refused, hidden objects counted), test_api_folder_reorganize.py.
Frontend: tree.test.ts.
No e2e test for the batch move (it needs the enterprise build).

Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Added batch actions for moving domains to a different parent, with a preview of related objects that will move along.
Previews group visible objects and indicate when additional related objects are hidden from view.
Added a warning when selected domains will be placed directly under the target, changing their nesting.
Bug Fixes
Built-in domains can no longer be selected for batch actions.
Move confirmation stays unavailable if the preview cannot be loaded.
The backend adds batch cascade previews for folders and extends cascade collection to multiple subjects. The frontend adds folder parent-change actions, filters target options, and displays carried-object previews, including counts for hidden objects.
The backend collects cascade data across multiple folder subjects and adds a carried-only batch-preview endpoint. Tests cover overlapping selections, permissions, visibility, hidden counts, and grouping.
The folder batch action configures parent changes. Tree utilities identify subtrees and nested selections. The table limits batch selection, and the modal filters selected subtrees from target options.
The modal requests preview data and displays carried objects and hidden counts. It blocks confirmation until preview data loads and shows a warning for nested selected folders.
The move preview can reveal asset names to users without asset-view permission. Correct that permission check and add the negative permission test before merging. Invalid preview requests also need a proper client-error response.

_blocked_subjects names only the topmost selected subject, not every selected subject on the blocked path.
Take a selection where a domain P and its sub-domain C are both selected, and a PROTECT blocker references an object in C. NestedObjects.collect records C twice. It gets a root edge from None, and it gets a child edge from P. The parent_of comprehension keeps the later edge, so the walk climbs from C to P. The loop then adds only P to blocked_ids.
The modal tells the user to deselect P. C stays selected and still blocks the batch. The user must deselect C in a second step. This is the nested-selection case the PR describes.
Record every selected subject on the walk from the blocked object to the root. Check the node before moving to its parent. Then both C and P are reported. Add a test with a nested selection and a blocker inside the child.

Block delete confirmation until the cascade preview has loaded successfully.
canConfirm does not check cascadeLoading or cascadeError. The confirmation input remains available while the preview loads and after the preview request fails. Entering yes enables submission in both states.

Add the missing batch delete cascade preview and gate.
The merge-base modal did not support a batch delete preview, so this is not a regression to restore. The reviewed head still permits the batch delete request after yes, without showing the delete cascade or checking blocked references. The existing batch-cascade-info route is move-only.
Add a delete-capable batch response, render CascadePreview with mode="delete", and enable confirmation only after a successful, loaded, unblocked preview. This is important because batch_action processes each selected object independently; a blocked object can fail while other selected objects succeed.

Build the subtree exclusion from the complete folder ancestry.
A recursive IAM grant can return a DOMAIN below an ENCLAVE, while the DO/GL filter removes that intermediate ENCLAVE row. subtreeIds then stops before the selected domain and leaves the descendant as a target option. Selecting it makes the batch move fail with errorFolderGraphMustNotContainCycles; mixed selections can report partial success. Keep the displayed options filtered to DO/GL, but include hidden intermediate folders when computing exclusions.

Add a batch-preview test for a change-only role without view_asset.
The mover test grants view_asset and asserts that SUB-SUB-ASSET is present. A regression that shows asset names to a change_folder caller without view_asset would still pass that test. No other test in the backend exercises this endpoint with that permission combination. Add a test with a role that holds view_folder and change_folder only, and assert that the asset name is absent from the batch preview. This test can fail until the separate preview name disclosure is corrected.
