Adds <meta name="go-import" content="echo.labstack.com/pro mod https://go.labstack.io"> to the head of every /pro page.

go get echo.labstack.com/pro/... fetches the page with ?go-get=1 and reads this tag. Today a Cloudflare Worker answers those requests; with the tag in the static pages, installs keep working if that Worker is removed or fails. The content matches what discovery returns now, and browsers ignore the tag.

Checked: site build passes, the tag appears on /pro/, /pro/quota/ and /pro/install/, and not on Echo pages.

Every /pro page now carries the go-import meta tag that points
echo.labstack.com/pro at the module proxy go.labstack.io. go get reads it
from the static site, so Echo Pro installs no longer depend on a Worker in
front of the docs.
