Redraw the LabTether logo with clean geometry - #38

The logo keeps its look. The redraw fixes: - a square 200x200 canvas, so the bottom edge is no longer cut off - the >_ prompt drawn as lines instead of font text - a round LED glow instead of one clipped to a small square - the outline drawn on the body edge, and the bottom row lined up with the screen Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
GitHub drops job outputs whose value is empty. When the selector picks no slow contracts, "contracts" is missing from the needs context, and the CI result step failed with "missing or unknown contracts" even though every selected check passed. The LabTether logo keeps its look but is redrawn with clean geometry:

This PR also fixes the CI result step. GitHub drops empty job outputs, so a change that selects no slow QA checks lost the
