Summary:

On iOS SafeAreaView is the native RCTSafeAreaView itself, so its props never go through View, which turns aria-hidden, aria-label and the other aria-* props into their accessibility* counterparts. Native code doesn't read the aria-* names, so aria-hidden left the content in the accessibility tree and aria-label didn't label the view.

This wraps the iOS component in a small component that applies the same aria mapping View does. Android is unchanged, since SafeAreaView is View there.

Fixes #59747

Changelog:

[IOS] [FIXED] - Support aria-* props on SafeAreaView

Test Plan:

I don't have Xcode on this machine, so I couldn't read the accessibility tree on a device. I added a Jest test that renders SafeAreaView with Platform.OS = 'ios' and checks the native props: it fails on main and passes with this change. Flow, ESLint and Prettier pass.
