Account Content Disappeared Suddenly – 100+ Published Posts Deleted and Previously Published URLs Returning 404 #4682

Hello StackBlitz Team,

I am facing a serious issue with my StackBlitz account and would appreciate your help in resolving it as soon as possible.

I had been actively using StackBlitz for quite some time and had published more than 100 posts/projects on the platform when it was available for free. After the changes to the free plan and restrictions on creating new collections, I continued working with my existing published content.

Since creating new collections was no longer available for free, I focused on updating my previously published content, making necessary edits, adding new information, and resubmitting existing posts/projects. Everything was working perfectly fine, and I could access and manage my previous content without any issues.

However, yesterday, I suddenly discovered that all my previously created content had disappeared from my account. Additionally, the URLs of my previously published content are now returning 404 errors, making all those posts inaccessible.

Here are the main concerns:

• I had published more than 100 posts/projects on StackBlitz.
• I was regularly updating and maintaining my existing content.
• My account and previously published content were accessible and functioning normally until recently.
• All my content suddenly disappeared without any prior notification, warning, or explanation.
• Previously published URLs are now returning 404 errors.

I understand that StackBlitz may have introduced changes to its free plan or subscription policies. However, I would like to understand why my previously published content has disappeared, particularly when I was only updating and maintaining existing projects rather than creating new ones.

I kindly request the StackBlitz team to:

1. Investigate why all my previously published content has disappeared from my account.
2. Check whether my existing projects/posts and collections can be restored.
3. Help recover my previously published URLs so they become accessible again instead of returning 404 errors.
4. Clarify whether this issue is related to recent platform changes, account restrictions, or any technical problem.

These posts represent a significant amount of work, and losing access to more than 100 published pieces of content without any notification is extremely concerning.

I would sincerely appreciate your urgent attention to this issue. Please investigate and let me know whether my previous content and published URLs can be recovered.
